Each and every one of them has its firm place in the bulgingly full calendar of events. The bandwidth covers all the genres and variants of modern cultural productions: Theatre, dance, film, photography, literature, visual art, classical music and jazz.
A total of around 300,000 visitors annually attend the region's 15 biggest top festivals alone. Their joint marketing policy as the "Rhine-Neckar Festival Region" is unique in Germany. A special magazine presenting the season's highlights is published twice a year.
