In its role as a regional advice centre, the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region Film Commission assists filmmakers in producing films in the region. At its disposal are unique networks together with locational knowledge and contacts, and it provides information about locations and filming permits, offices and production facilities, as well as on filmmakers resident in the region. It operates along the principle that the more precise the enquiry, the faster and better the result. You tell us what you want to do, and we will do what we can - and it won't cost you anything!
The MRN FC is a project run by the Mannheim municipal authorities and the ZMRN association. It is a partner of the Baden-Württemberg media and film company, which also funds it. The MRN FC has been a member of the European Film Commissions Network (EUFCN) since 2009.
