The call from the economic sector for specialists and executives is becoming increasingly louder. In spite of measures for recruiting skilled German people, companies are taking on a growing number of employees from abroad. At the managerial level of global players and in the field of science, an international working environment has long been taken for granted. However, small and medium-sized companies are increasingly being faced by corresponding questions in this regard: What formalities have to be dealt with? What can I as an entrepreneur do to support my employee? What can I do so that he or she feels comfortable here and will stay in the region for as long as possible?

To assist in answering this and similar questions, MRN GmbH coordinates a regional network comprising companies, universities, research institutions, chambers of industry and commerce, foreign authorities and regional employment agencies. The underlying idea is to exploit opportunities and improve basic conditions through initiative, imagination and the will to enter into dialogue.
